For the past 18 years, Chris has been involved in all aspects of Real Estate - from brokering of residential, land, and multi-family units, to the development of residential housing, to lending, and, of course, his own personal investing. He has been active in Real Estate with tens of millions of dollars in transactions in California, Idaho ,and Utah, where he now makes his home with his beautiful family.

He entered the business as an agent in the late 1980’s in the booming California market. He quickly excelled and became a top producer and earned his Broker’s license.

It wasn’t until he experienced a slow down in the market in the early 1990’s that he became consumed with creative strategies. He has studied all the “Gurus” of creative Real Estate and has since completed 100’s of transactions using various creative strategies buying and selling tens of millions of dollars of properties for his own account. He hasn’t brokered a deal for almost a decade and instead earns a comfortable income from his investing business.

Chris is still very active in investing and has developed this course as an answer to people who come to him for help and advice. Chris is happily married to his beautiful wife Glynn, a registered Music Therapist, who has a critical active role with Chris and his seminars. She brings a unique approach in assisting people to recognize and break through their fears, and to discover “Who they are”. Working together, their unique approach to Real Estate training uses music to anchor new concepts. Their seminars are truly enjoyable. Together, they are a powerful team in showing people how to take back their life and to realize their dreams. They have 3 wonderful children.
